Big Break Mexico: Emily Talley

The start of Big Break Mexico is just around the corner, so we start a series on the female contestants who are on that show. The series, which debuts May 13, 2013, has a cast of 12 golfers, evenly split between men and women.

One of those women is 22-year-old Emily Talley. Talley is originally from California, she now lives in Colorado after spending her college years at the University of Colorado. In fact, she was the school's Athlete of the Year in 2012, and that same year was awarded the university's Career Athletic Achievement Award. In 2012, Talley also won the California Women's Amateur. She's playing on the Symetra Tour this year, and in two starts so far has a best finish of 12th.

Hyunju Yoo (Hyeonjoo Ryu): Newest Glamour Girl of the KLPGA

First, let's clear up why we've listed two names for this golfer in the headline. When she first came on the scene, she (and everyone else) spelled her name "Hyeonjoo Ryu." But recently on social media, she started spelling it "Hyunju Yoo." And we figure she knows better than anyone how to translate the Korean spelling of her name into an English spelling.
