Play Golf with Kim Kouwabunpat in Cabo San Lucas

Hey, pssst! Yeah, you: Would you like to play golf with Kim Kouwabunpat in Cabo San Lucas? Of course you would!

The beautiful Kim K., touring pro and "Big Break" alum, is taking part in the Cabo Celebrity Golf Classic, played on the Palmilla Ocean Course in the almost-as-beautiful resort destination of Cabo San Lucas on April 22-25.

The celebrity pro-am benefits the Casa Hogar de Cabo San Lucas, an orphanage in Cabo. Among the celebrities entered are actors Gary Cole, Devon Gummersall, Dennis Haysbert, C. Thomas Howell, Robert Loggia, Bruce McGill, Kevin Nealon, Richard Schiff, Alan Thicke and Kevin Sorbo; and musicians Branford Marsalis, Alice Cooper and Don Felder of The Eagles.

Here's the thing: As one of the pros playing, Kim can "bring" a team of amateurs with her, or even two foursomes (by "bring," we don't mean that you get to travel with her, just that you'll be on her team and get to play golf with her).

There are different levels of tournament packages available, including a basic one that just includes tournament entry fee (all of which goes to charity), or packages including tournament entry plus lodging. Tournament entry fee only is $1,000 (again, all of that goes to charity).

But hey, you'll get to rub elbows with actors and musicians, play golf on a course set along Pacific shores, hang out in a resort town with sandy white beaches and great scuba opportunities, and play golf with your team captain, Kim Kouwabunpat. Can't beat that.

If interested, act quick, amateur spots are going fast: Send an email to dave@djlmanagement.com and you'll be on your way.

Hyunju Yoo (Hyeonjoo Ryu): Newest Glamour Girl of the KLPGA

First, let's clear up why we've listed two names for this golfer in the headline. When she first came on the scene, she (and everyone else) spelled her name "Hyeonjoo Ryu." But recently on social media, she started spelling it "Hyunju Yoo." And we figure she knows better than anyone how to translate the Korean spelling of her name into an English spelling.

LPGA Golfers Enjoy the Bahamas Beachside and Poolside

Social media gives us a glimpse into the lives of professional golfers the likes of which we could never have gotten a mere 10 years ago. One word tells you all you need to know: "selfie." And when LPGA players visit a tournament site such as, say the Bahamas, selfies sometimes involve bikinis and other swimsuits. The LPGA Tour plays this week at the Pure Silk Bahamas LPGA Classic. They are staying at the Atlantis Resort, which has a bevy of pools and other water features for them to enjoy; and are also right on the beach. Make that "beaches," since the resort is surrounded by sand and ocean, too. Below are a few of the swimsuit selfies LPGA golfers have shared on their social media accounts this week. First, Danielle Kang: Here are two showing Hee Young Park (left) and her sister Ju Young Park. Ju Young is an LPGA rookie in 2015.
