Photos of Jeongeun Lee6, 2019 US Women's Open Champ

Jeongeun Lee6 won the 2019 U.S. Women's Open at the Country Club of Charleston — not just her first major championship win, but her first LPGA Tour win. Lee6 won seven times on the Korean LPGA, however, before joining the U.S. LPGA Tour at the start of the 2019 season.

(Related: Why is there a 6 at the end of Jeongeun Lee6's name?)

Right now she has blonde hair, but most of these photos show her natural black hair.

Lee6 really embraces that "six." You often see the numeral, either written as a number (6) or spelled out (Six), on her clothing (where "6IX" is part of her logo), and always see it on her bag. She marks her ball with a 6. Her nickname is "Lucky 6" and that is also the name of her fan club.

You sometimes see her name spelled "Jeong Eun Lee 6." KLPGA scoreboards often noted her as "JE Lee," and her caddie's bib at the USWO read "J.6.Lee." But you can just call her 6 or Lucky 6.

Hyunju Yoo (Hyeonjoo Ryu): Newest Glamour Girl of the KLPGA

First, let's clear up why we've listed two names for this golfer in the headline. When she first came on the scene, she (and everyone else) spelled her name "Hyeonjoo Ryu." But recently on social media, she started spelling it "Hyunju Yoo." And we figure she knows better than anyone how to translate the Korean spelling of her name into an English spelling.

LPGA Golfers Enjoy the Bahamas Beachside and Poolside

Social media gives us a glimpse into the lives of professional golfers the likes of which we could never have gotten a mere 10 years ago. One word tells you all you need to know: "selfie." And when LPGA players visit a tournament site such as, say the Bahamas, selfies sometimes involve bikinis and other swimsuits. The LPGA Tour plays this week at the Pure Silk Bahamas LPGA Classic. They are staying at the Atlantis Resort, which has a bevy of pools and other water features for them to enjoy; and are also right on the beach. Make that "beaches," since the resort is surrounded by sand and ocean, too. Below are a few of the swimsuit selfies LPGA golfers have shared on their social media accounts this week.
