Instagramming with ... Cheyenne Woods

The 2015 LPGA Tour season is teeing off this week at the Coates Golf Championship in Florida, and one of the rookies in the field is Cheyenne Woods. What has Cheyenne been up to recently? Let's go Instagramming and find out.

First up is a photo of Cheyenne with her friend and fellow LPGA rookie Sadena Parks. Incredibly (then again, maybe not given golf's history), this is the first year since 1971 that at least two African-Americans will be LPGA Tour members.

This is the look anyone who tries to stand between Cheyenne Woods and one of her goals is going to get:

Cheyenne lives in Arizona, and that means she sometimes heads to a gun range (it's state law ... kidding! ... or am I?):

BangBang.

For some unknowable reason, Woods wasn't included in Golf.com's Most Beautiful Women in Golf 2015 feature. Seems like a ridiculous oversight to me. But they got it right in 2014!

Training on the track, and in artsy black and white:

Cheyenne is one of many LPGA golfers who takes fitness very seriously, and works hard it. Here's a short video clip of one of Woods' workout routines - running steps - under the direction of her personal trainer:

This selfie served as a shoutout to Cheyenne's hairstylist (and a great excuse for a little alliteration!):

And finally, yes, when you're Cheyenne Woods, you're sitting pretty:

Follow Cheyenne on Instagram, or follow her on Twitter. Either way, you'll enjoy her social sharing.

Why There's a 6 at the End of Jeongeun Lee's Name

Should we say that Jeongeun Lee possesses quite a bit of ... six appeal? If you follow women's golf and, specifically, check the scores of tournaments, then you have noticed something odd. In scores, Korean golfer Jeongeun Lee's name often includes the number "6." It appears in the scores as Jeongeun Lee6, for example. Or, sometimes, as Jeongeun6 Lee.

Hyunju Yoo (Hyeonjoo Ryu): Newest Glamour Girl of the KLPGA

First, let's clear up why we've listed two names for this golfer in the headline. When she first came on the scene, she (and everyone else) spelled her name "Hyeonjoo Ryu." But recently on social media, she started spelling it "Hyunju Yoo." And we figure she knows better than anyone how to translate the Korean spelling of her name into an English spelling.
