As 2012 draws near its close, Sydnee Michaels can look back on a very successful rookie season on the LPGA Tour.

The former UCLA standout made 19 starts on the LPGA and earned just under $200,000, comfortably keeping her card for near year. Sydnee's best showing of the season was seventh place at the Safeway Classic in August, and she had multiple other Top 20 finishes, too.

Those results helped her climb to No. 121 in the world rankings, an excellent result for a golfer in her first year on the LPGA. In fact, Michaels finished fourth on the Rolex Rookie of the Year points list.

As for her stats, Sydnee's best finishes on the LPGA charts were 20th place in both driving distance (259 yards) and Putts per GIR (1.8).

In scores, Korean golfer Jeongeun Lee's name often includes the number "6." It appears in the scores as Jeongeun Lee6, for example. Or, sometimes, as Jeongeun6 Lee.

Hyunju Yoo (Hyeonjoo Ryu): Newest Glamour Girl of the KLPGA

First, let's clear up why we've listed two names for this golfer in the headline. When she first came on the scene, she (and everyone else) spelled her name "Hyeonjoo Ryu." But recently on social media, she started spelling it "Hyunju Yoo." And we figure she knows better than anyone how to translate the Korean spelling of her name into an English spelling.
