Cindy LaCrosse Wins Futures Tour Title

cindy lacrosseCindy LaCrosse had already clinched the 2010 Duramed Futures Tour money title entering the final tournament of the season. But winning that tournament was a nice valedictory.

LaCrosse defeated Jennifer Song in a playoff for the win at the Price Chopper Tour Championship, officially ending the year as the DFT money leader - and thereby earning her tour card for the 2011 LPGA season.

LaCrosse won three times on the Futures Tour in 2010, and had 11 Top 10 finishes in what was her second season as a pro. She played collegiately at the University of Louisville, where she was a 4-time all-conference selection, won four tournaments, and was an All-American in 2009.

And by winning on the tour championship, LaCrosse also set a new record for most money earned in a DFT season.

Hyunju Yoo (Hyeonjoo Ryu): Newest Glamour Girl of the KLPGA

First, let's clear up why we've listed two names for this golfer in the headline. When she first came on the scene, she (and everyone else) spelled her name "Hyeonjoo Ryu." But recently on social media, she started spelling it "Hyunju Yoo." And we figure she knows better than anyone how to translate the Korean spelling of her name into an English spelling.
