Momoko Ueda

Momoko Ueda was one of the young LPGA pros in the hunt throughout the final round of the 2008 SBS Open, before Annika Sorenstam put it away with late birdies. Momoko is Japanese, and she's won quite a bit in a short span of time on the Japan LPGA. In 2007, she won the LPGA Mizuno Classic in Japan and earned exempt status for 2008 on the LPGA Tour. She's definitely a young player to keep an eye on.

The two photos below are from Momoko's great blog. I say it's great even though I can't read it (it's in Japanese, of course). But she posts lots of great personal photos of herself, including these of her enjoying a meal, and enjoying a nap.

Hyunju Yoo (Hyeonjoo Ryu): Newest Glamour Girl of the KLPGA

First, let's clear up why we've listed two names for this golfer in the headline. When she first came on the scene, she (and everyone else) spelled her name "Hyeonjoo Ryu." But recently on social media, she started spelling it "Hyunju Yoo." And we figure she knows better than anyone how to translate the Korean spelling of her name into an English spelling.
