Patricia Carvalho

patricia carvalho

As I told Patty, "If you're not modeling, you should be."

Patricia Carvalho is the top female golfer in Brazil. She turns 22 in about 10 days, and she'll likely be turning pro later in the year - Patty is looking at playing the Futures Tour Qualifying Tournament in November. Earlier this year she spent four months at the Leadbetter Academy in Florida working toward that goal.

Patty has also represented Brazil three times in the Women's World Amateur Team Championship, first in Malaysia (2002), then in Puerto Rico (2004); and again last year when the tournament was played in South Africa.

My thanks to Patty for sharing this photo with us.

Patricia deve também ser uma das mulheres mais bonitas no Brasil!

In scores, Korean golfer Jeongeun Lee's name often includes the number "6." It appears in the scores as Jeongeun Lee6, for example. Or, sometimes, as Jeongeun6 Lee.

Hyunju Yoo (Hyeonjoo Ryu): Newest Glamour Girl of the KLPGA

First, let's clear up why we've listed two names for this golfer in the headline. When she first came on the scene, she (and everyone else) spelled her name "Hyeonjoo Ryu." But recently on social media, she started spelling it "Hyunju Yoo." And we figure she knows better than anyone how to translate the Korean spelling of her name into an English spelling.
